Members Plant Labels

Members please complete 2 (two) identical labels for each plant. 

Cut them out and scotch tape them onto the stick back to back, putting the tape lengthwise on the stick, using double stick tape or a long loop of tape.  

Do not tape labels to each other, tape only onto the stick, as the cashiers will be removing one of the labels for us to keep. Thank you!
